GrowHabit users may request deletion of their account and the personal data held by the Company at any time. You can submit a deletion request through the web form below, or through the in-app [My Info] > [Account Withdrawal] menu.

Data that is deleted

Information in electronic file form is securely deleted in a manner that prevents recovery. When you delete your account, your In-App Coins and owned items are also permanently destroyed, and the deleted account, coins, and items cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Data that is retained

Information that the Company is legally required to retain will be kept for the period required by law and then destroyed. For the specific retained items and periods, please refer to Article 3 of the Privacy Policy (e.g., contract and payment records under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed without delay, normally within 10 business days of receipt.

For subscribers — Account deletion (withdrawal) is available at any time regardless of subscription status. However, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it before requesting deletion.
